By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

binidex is an AI assistant: you can chat with an AI model, upload documents for analysis, and keep a history of your conversations. The AI model runs on our own infrastructure in the European Union. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one person. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

When using the Service, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others;
• generate or distribute malware, spam, or deliberately deceptive or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, disrupt it, or circumvent usage limits and security measures;
• use automated tools to scrape the Service or resell access to it without our written permission;
• upload content you have no right to process.

"Unlimited" usage on paid plans is subject to fair use: we may throttle or limit accounts whose automated or extreme usage degrades the Service for others.

Responses are generated by an artificial-intelligence model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. They are not professional advice — legal, medical, financial, tax or otherwise. Always verify important information independently before relying on it. You are solely responsible for how you use the output of the Service.

You retain all rights to the content you submit (messages and documents). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. If you explicitly rate an AI response with the thumbs up/down buttons, you agree that the rated response and its conversation context may be used to improve binidex's own AI model, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of AI outputs generated for you; to the extent we hold any rights in them, we assign them to you.

• The Free plan includes a limited number of messages per day, shown in the app.
• The Pro and Enterprise plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
• By starting a subscription you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that, once the Service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that period. Refunds are provided where required by applicable consumer law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — maintenance, updates or failures may cause temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €50 if you have paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or limits consumers' statutory rights.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes we will notify you (for example by email or a notice in the app) at least 15 days in advance. If you continue using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court at the provider's seat. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
